Maintain our overall facility and oversee new projects related to the upgrade and upkeep of our facility
Ensure strong community within MRC and MRC to the greater community.
Following the progress of the disposition study, networking with allies in the twin cities, and moving MRC members to participate in actions.
Maintaining the MRC Fleet and equipment at a high standard. Track usages, anticipate needs and have multi-year plan for fleet.
Focused financial oversight. Creates and recommends budget to board for approval.
Focused oversight of Juniors program. Works to promote, recruit, attend regattas and ensure a great experience for juniors, parents and coaches.
Focused oversight for Programs and Coaches at MRC. Establishes Programs to meet the needs and ensures proper coaching within the programs.
Focused oversight and leadership for the regatta that are hosted by MRC:
Minneapolis Sprints and Head Of The Miss.
Establish/Maintain Safety guidelines and supplies. Includes guidelines for safe rowing conditions MRC primary rowing space, the Mississippi Gorge.
Focused oversight for the MRC SafeSport initiative.
MRC is an organizational member of USRowing, a national organization. USRowing requires all member clubs to adopt a SafeSport initiative.
