The Minneapolis Rowing Club is pleased to once again host the Minneapolis Sprints Regatta on Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis, MN. Entry fees are per rower with no limit to entries. This is a USRA registered event with Junior, Open, and Masters categories. With a 1380m course, only small boat events will be held, 1x, 2x/-, 4x/-.

By eliminating barriers that many communities face, rowing teams can draw from a larger pool of athletes and create a diverse and inclusive environment at their clubs.

T-shirts sourced from Elpis Enterprises is a Saint Paul-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides job training, work experience and employment assistance for young people between ages 16 and 23 years of age who are experiencing homelessness. By operating social enterprises, Elpis provides the young people we work with opportunities to gain paid work experiences, while gaining the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to secure job placement with advancement potential and end the cycle of homelessness.
